These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern access to and use of the Escola Vereda institutional website (escolavereda.com.br), maintained by Vereda Educação Ltda. (“Vereda”, “School”, “we”). By browsing or using the website’s forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

These Terms refer exclusively to the institutional website. The Educational Portal app (for guardians and students) has its own Terms of Use.

1. Purpose

The institutional website presents the School’s pedagogical proposal, units and services, and provides forms for visit scheduling, enrollment waiting list, work with us and partnerships. Access is free and does not require registration or login.

2. Proper use

When using the website, you agree not to:

  • provide false, incomplete or third-party information without authorization in the forms;
  • use the website for unlawful or offensive purposes, or in a way that violates third-party rights or applicable law;
  • attempt to bypass security mechanisms, perform reverse engineering, collect data in an automated way (scraping) or overload the systems;
  • reproduce, distribute or commercially exploit the website’s content without authorization.

3. Forms and data submission

The website’s forms (visit, waiting list, work with us and partnerships) collect contact data to enable service and a possible enrollment or selection process. Submitting a form does not constitute enrollment, a contract or a promise of a spot, and is subject to the School’s availability and criteria. 4. Intellectual property

The website, its brand, logo, layout, texts, images, videos and software are owned by Escola Vereda or its licensors and are protected by applicable law. The unauthorized reproduction, distribution or use of any website content is prohibited.

5. Third-party content and links

The website may contain embedded maps, virtual tours, links to social networks and other third-party content. These resources follow the terms and policies of their respective providers; the School is not responsible for the content or practices of external websites accessed from links provided here.

6. Availability and changes

We strive to keep the website available and up to date, but it may undergo maintenance, updates or interruptions. We may modify, add or discontinue sections and features at any time. Information about amounts, spots, dates and conditions is informational in nature and may be changed without prior notice, with the conditions confirmed directly by the office always prevailing.

7. Limitation of liability

The School is not liable for unavailability, failures or damages resulting from factors beyond its reasonable control, including problems with the user’s connection, devices or third-party services. Nothing in these Terms removes rights guaranteed to the consumer by law.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms periodically. The date of the last update is shown at the top of this page. Continued use of the website after changes means agreement with the revised Terms.
